Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date for INSTORE CREDIT ONLY. We handmake each piece specifically for each customer, but if the first is not what you wanted, we'll let you swap it for another. To return an item, please email cs@gemmaredux.com for a return authorization (RA) code and return address information. Returns shipped without an RA code will be returned to sender at their expense. All shipping, handling and expediting charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a return and items must be returned in the condition received. Any returned items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer. Gemma Redux is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred on return shipments. ALL SAMPLE SALE, OTHER SALE, AND CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
